First: In order to become a Sunset Chapter H.O.G. Member you must first become a National H.O.G Member or have an active existing H.O.G. Membership (www.hog.com). Please enter your National H.O.G. Membership number above.

Second: Before you register on this site for your Sunset Chapter Membership, download and complete the "Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release" and the "Supplemental Membership Form". See the FORM DOWNLOADS links above. We must retain the original forms on file, so please mail the completed forms to Sunset Chapter #1814, P.O. Box 2078, Beaverton, OR 97075-2078.
